7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including logos, design, software, and text — is owned by or licensed to BestItalianProperties. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. AI-Powered Search

The Platform includes an AI-assisted property search feature. Results are generated algorithmically and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not warrant the completeness or suitability of AI-generated suggestions and encourage you to review listings directly.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that defects will be corrected. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BestItalianProperties and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
